I am Maria, the owner of PT.ORG! Since I was 20 years old I have been living in a nice company with a very varied anxiety disorder. She seems to have created a nice place for herself in my life, because she visits me again and again. It never gets boring with her. She always comes up with new symptoms in order to pull the floor under my feet. Some years later I was allowed to make acquaintance with a second companion – the depression. But what does that have to do with you?
Because of my personal history, I was very interested in mental balance. By reading numerous books and websites, exchanging information with other people affected and trying out a lot, I now have a whole collection of tips in my head that can strengthen your inner harmony. Since I myself was always grateful for any encouragement, I would now like to share my experiences with you.
